These Cleavadashis are hand forged from CruforgeV high carbon steel, and are well suited to a wide variety of shop tasks. With a forged integral handle, a stout cleaver shaped blade and your choice of single or double bevel, they’re tough and precise.

The Cleavadashi was my unique spinoff of the traditional Japanese marking knife- a Kiradashi, and features a more stout tip and blade than a traditional Kiradashi. However, if a more precise tip is desired, kiradashi’s are available as well.

Each one is unique, with slightly different proportions and lengths, they usually land around 6” in total length, with a 1 1/4” cutting edge, each blade ships for free in the United States!
