This vintage themed Bunka was forged from cruforgeV high carbon steel, with an antiqued 7 1/8” brut de forge blade, it sits 2 1/8” tall at the heel with a convex grind leading to a thin edge. It comes in at .110” thick at the spine at the bolster with a slight distal taper to .090” where the spine begins to slope into the edge. The handle is constructed from vintage butterscotch paper micarta, and vintage emerald micarta that complement each other very well. The coloring is a nod to the team colors of the now long gone NBA Seattle Super Sonics, my home team growing up.
